제1조 (목적)
본 약관은 고로켓컴퍼니(이하 "회사")가 제공하는 Every Ticket(이하 "서비스") 이용과 관련하여 회사와 이용자 간의 권리·의무 및 책임사항을 규정함을 목적으로 합니다.
제2조 (서비스의 내용)
서비스는 이용자가 다양한 형태의 티켓을 등록하고, 여정 동선을 기록하며, 매거진 형태의 카드를 생성·보관·공유할 수 있는 기능을 제공합니다.
회사는 발급사(항공사·공연 예매처 등)가 발급한 자산만을 인식·표시하며, 자체적으로 입장용 QR/바코드를 발급하지 않습니다. 앱에 표시되는 일부 코드는 장식용 더미 코드로, 실제 입장에 사용할 수 없습니다.
제3조 (계정)
이용자는 소셜 로그인(Google·Apple 등)을 통해 계정을 생성할 수 있습니다. 이용자는 자신의 계정 정보를 관리할 책임이 있으며, 계정을 통한 활동에 대한 책임을 부담합니다.
제4조 (유료 서비스 및 결제)
일부 기능은 유료 구독 또는 단건 결제로 제공될 수 있습니다. 결제는 Apple App Store 및 Google Play의 인앱결제를 통해 이루어지며, 환불 및 청약철회는 각 스토어의 정책과 관련 법령(전자상거래법 등)을 따릅니다.
제5조 (이용자의 의무)
- 타인의 권리를 침해하거나 법령을 위반하는 콘텐츠를 등록하지 않습니다.
- 서비스를 부정한 방법으로 이용하거나 정상 운영을 방해하지 않습니다.
- 이용자가 등록한 사진·티켓 정보 등 콘텐츠에 대한 권리와 책임은 이용자에게 있습니다.
제6조 (지식재산권)
서비스 및 디자인, 상표("Every Ticket", 로고 등)에 대한 지식재산권은 회사에 귀속됩니다. 이용자가 생성·등록한 콘텐츠의 권리는 이용자에게 있으며, 회사는 서비스 제공 목적 범위 내에서 이를 이용할 수 있습니다.
제7조 (면책)
회사는 천재지변, 제3자 서비스(지도·인증·결제 등) 장애, 이용자의 귀책 등 회사의 합리적 통제를 벗어난 사유로 인한 손해에 대해 책임을 지지 않습니다. 서비스는 "있는 그대로(as-is)" 제공됩니다.
제8조 (약관의 변경)
회사는 필요 시 약관을 변경할 수 있으며, 변경 시 앱 또는 본 페이지를 통해 공지합니다. 변경 후 계속 이용하는 경우 변경된 약관에 동의한 것으로 봅니다.
제9조 (준거법 및 관할)
본 약관은 대한민국 법령에 따라 해석되며, 분쟁에 관하여는 관련 법령이 정한 절차에 따릅니다.

1. Purpose
These Terms govern the rights, obligations, and responsibilities between Gorocket Company ("we") and users in relation to the use of Every Ticket ("the Service").
2. The Service
The Service lets you register various kinds of tickets, record your journey's route, and create, keep, and share magazine-style cards.
We only recognise and display assets issued by the original issuers (airlines, ticketing platforms, etc.); we do not issue entry QR/barcodes ourselves. Some codes shown in the app are decorative dummy codes and cannot be used for actual entry.
3. Accounts
You may create an account via social login (Google, Apple, etc.). You are responsible for managing your account credentials and for activity under your account.
4. Paid features and payment
Some features may be offered via paid subscription or one-time purchase. Payments are processed through Apple App Store and Google Play in-app purchases; refunds and withdrawals follow each store's policy and applicable law.
5. User obligations
- Do not upload content that infringes others' rights or violates the law.
- Do not misuse the Service or interfere with its normal operation.
- You retain rights to and responsibility for the content (photos, ticket info) you add.
6. Intellectual property
Intellectual property in the Service, its design, and trademarks ("Every Ticket", the logo, etc.) belongs to us. You keep rights to content you create, and you grant us the right to use it as needed to provide the Service.
7. Disclaimer
We are not liable for damages arising from causes beyond our reasonable control, including force majeure, third-party service (maps, auth, payment) outages, or user fault. The Service is provided "as-is".
8. Changes
We may revise these Terms and will announce changes via the app or this page. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.
9. Governing law
These Terms are interpreted under the laws of the Republic of Korea, and disputes follow the procedures set by applicable law.
